Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The participant declares that he\/she has no claim whatsoever against the organizer, the site owner, the organizations associated with the event or other participants in the event of damage and that he\/she is adequately insured against accidents and liability claims.<\/p>\n\n

The exclusion of liability applies to claims on any legal grounds, in particular to claims for damages arising from contractual and non-contractual liability and also to claims in tort.<\/p>\n\n

The organizer is not liable for health risks and dangers of the participants. It is the participant’s responsibility to check his\/her state of health before taking part in the event and, if necessary, to have it confirmed by a doctor.<\/p>\n\n

The organizer shall not be liable to pay compensation to the participant if the organizer is obliged to make changes to the event or cancel it due to force majeure or official orders or for safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n

Declaration of consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The participant agrees that the photos, film recordings and interviews made by him\/her in connection with the participation may be used, distributed and published on the Internet, television, radio, advertising, films, etc. by KEEN on Sports without any claims for remuneration by the participant.<\/p>\n\n

The participant also agrees to his\/her name and data (name, photos) being passed on to the sponsors and official photographers.
